Dr Padjen offers the best care. He listens to his patients and does not dictate a treatment without fully informing you of his thoughts. He also conducts a thorough examination. But I think the best part of being under his care is that he welcomes and responds to all questions after the visit using the portal. He does not sound exasperated but, again, is thoughtful and concerned with his responses.
