I was very happy with Dr Rao. She was not my regular doctor but had an appointment available so I saw her. She listened to me and addressed my deep fear associated with gyn issues and Im happy to say she worked with me to get my procedure done as comfortable as possible. During the lead up to my procedure I had to speak with two other doctors and they were less than understanding. Dr Rao called me and assured me that she would do the procedure as we discussed and she did. I was treated with kindness and respect the day of in the outpatient surgery center. Everything went well and she called later to check on me as promised. I highly recommend Dr Rao.
