Office Staff can be hard to get through to, and it can be hard to get an appointment scheduled even if you do get through to the front desk, but beyond that everything is excellent. Often times I wait on hold for the front desk until it times out, and then have to call back again and again, however I have found better luck getting an appointment by requesting online.
