Dr Im and his staff are the best. The receptionist is such a ray of sunshine and is always welcoming. She is efficient and makes sure I am notified of any changes to my appts. The hygienist does a great job and lets me know about everything she is doing and why. Dr Im is the most gentle of dentists. He is always aware of my comfort and makes sure I know what he is doing and the outcome. When he has to give me novacaine he takes his time and has never caused me pain. My teeth look amazing from his and the hygienist's care. I have been one the dentist chair since I was very young and all I can say about this dentist is "He is the Best".
