Yes I would highly recommend Dr. Mannion to my family and friends. I feel blessed to have been able to have him perform my cancer surgery. Of course I was nervous and frightened with the diagnosis of oral cancer, but he put me right at ease on my first visit by saying "I'm sorry you are here , because no one wants a cancer diagnosis, but we can fix this." He then went on to tell me how he would "fix it." It did require wearing a prothesis for the rest of my life, but Dr. Mannion got clear margins, and I have healed quickly, and have been able to resume all normal activities. His caution in removing bone because he saw a slight erosion, got me good clear margins, and allowed me to escape radiology and chemo. I have never felt rushed during an appointment; I have had to wait a few times, but believe me, I would wait all day and into the night to have Dr. Mannion examine me. He is skillful, but also very kind . He listens, and does anything he can to heal you mentally and physically.
