I was seen by Dr. Min for a shoulder injury and subsequent replacement. He was extremely thurough in explaing the procedure from the initial exam and leading into the surgery. A question he asked that none of my previous surgerons (13 orthopedic surgeries) had asked was what was I loooking for as an outcome. He concured with my decision and in detail explained what he would recommend. I was relieved and had very little anxiety having him perform the surgery. The day of, his cheerful and upbeat personality was calming. He graciously explained everything to my wife prior too and afterwords. He will be doing my other shoulder in the next few months.
