Dr. Seo was very competent. He throughly explained the procedure and reason for the operation. He informed me of the pros and cons of the proposed major surgery. I chose surgery rather than continue with the pain in my foot. I have much confidence in his work and trust his judgment. Bones in my foot were fused and the Archilles tendon was cut to have flexibility. After surgery, he checked on my well-being while I recuperated at home. We communicated effectively using the hospital’s portal and also by phone. I’m pleased. I highly recommend Dr. Seo to others for podiatry issues. The support staff on surgery day in St. Charles Parish Hospital was excellent! They were knowledgeable and attentive. I felt very confident with them. The hospital was very clean.
