Dr. Floyd cared for me today at Medical City Stonebridge Freestanding ED. I found her bedside manner to be warm, compassionate, knowledgeable and informative. Having what would be considered a more rare condition she was able to put a care plan together by asking me questions and listening to my answers about my body and past experiences. This was honestly the first time that I have felt fully treated when having to come into the ER as I travel for a living which presents its own challenges in receiving great care. Tonight, I am feeling much better overall and I am very grateful to her and her team. Dr. Floyd, thank you so much for providing me excellent compassionate care. It really meant a lot to me!
