She's great, she takes the time to answer all of my questions where others in the practice just rush you. I understand this practice is busy, but she will take the time w you even though she may be running behind. I think we forget about what the doctors are responsible for on a daily basis because we are so focused on ourselves and what we need. Our "entitlement" attitude affects our own care sometimes & we don't realize it. We expect them to have compassion although we have none for them.
