I was Dr. Akers’s patient for years and only stopped seeing her because of my insurance. Dr. Akers truly listens to her patients - their experiences, preferences, and needs. She never doubts, condescends, or tries to pressure treatment options. She has a vast wealth of knowledge and strives to personalize her treatment to the individual client.
