He is busy, but still takes time to listen to your symptoms and answer your questions without making you feel like you are using up his time. He offers his own new advice accordingly. He cares and shows it. He is familiar with your case and spinal condition, not surprised like he doesn’t know who you are. He shows that it means a lot to him to help your quality of life, first with the diagnosis, next, the hard work of the surgery to help your condition and continuing on through the time period needed to heal. He and his whole practice from his assistant, the use of questionnaires, the portal and phone contact along the way help you feel you are not alone and have a full partnership in the process. I was miserable before my surgery and healing will take a while, I couldn’t have not had this surgery. Thank you Dr. Callaway!
