Dr Bailey is always concerned about my eating habits and if I am doing my part because I gained a couple pounds. Want to know if I am getting my walking in. I told him I was walking on golf course which he said was good but not enough. He said 30 minutes a day would make all the difference in world. I am going to join the YMCA to get my walking in year round.
