Hopefully, family and friends won't be needing the ER experience I had, but if an ER trip could ever be designated as a positive experience, I had one. I fainted while visiting a friend in hospital and the attention I received was First Class by the ER staff and all the personnel I encountered that day. I was treated with respect, courtesy and all my concerns were answered. I left with an extremely positive attitude toward St. Luke's and the entire staff.
