Dr. Kruger Gomes is a kind, smart and extremely thorough MD. I was referred by my primary MD because out of the blue, my kidney numbers took a turn for the worse. My first appt. was on the phone as that was the first week of the bridge problem and all in-person appointments were cancelled. She spent a great deal of time explaining her plan of treatment. During the next several months, I had to get my blood drawn frequently. She always called me the day she received my results to review the lab work and discuss next steps. She thoroughly explained everything and took the time to answer any questions. When it wasn't clear what was causing the problem, she ordered a biopsy. This resulted in finally getting answers and now my health is improving. I can't recommend her enough to address any kidney problems. Her bedside manner is wonderful. Overall, I had a great experience.
