Dr. Torrence is a very thorough and doesn't mind explaining to you in details. I had a few things going on when I first went and I was very worried. Thank God she find out with a few tests, she recommended. Yes, sometimes the wait maybe a little long and I felt that way when I first went. But then when I got back to one of the rooms. It was worth the wait because she is concerned for your health and give you the attention that you deserve. And different people come in for different things, so I respect that and the wait patiently. She is educated and her bedside manner is the best!!
