Dr. Synder was both all business and personable. A combination that she balanced perfectly. She anticipated many of our questions about the necessity of a surgical vs. other treatments and listened to my concerns about low potential bad outcomes and addressed them. The interview was recorded and available to the patient, making a review of the complex issues easy. A likable knowledgeable and compassionate doctor.
