Dr Finch removed my thyroid earlier this year. I did so much research on this surgery and the surgeons (I chose her because she has experience) and I was ready for a bad time with a lengthy recovery and potential complications. I didn't have a bad time, I didn't even lose my voice. She's an outstanding surgeon and really helped ease my fears and get me on the mend.
