The LAST place I wanted to be! In the midst of the controlled chaos that is probably "normal" for an ER, Dr. Hintze talked to my husband and me. She was concerned for my well-being and answered all my questions as I looked over my discharge papers. Each person we encountered was pleasant..... although they were clearly trying to do a good job in a vey difficult setting. Thanks Dr Hintze & McClaren staff, for taking care of me.
