I highly recommend Dr.Shelton, always makes you feel so comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. But the front desk/receptionist are very RUDE, not only do they not have good phone etiquette, they also have no people skills what so ever!!! I was very disappointed with the way they spoke to both my mother and I, and because of them we may be visiting another OB office in town, which is unfortunate because we both Love Dr. Shelton.
