We love Dr. Franck. She takes her time to listen to my concerns. She is nice and patient and funny. Both my preschooler and my infant like her a lot. We love that her office has separate waiting rooms for check-ups and sick visits. I wish the waiting room had toys, but we're never waiting there for more than 5 minutes. I also really wish they had a patient portal or some way to communicate digitally. The staff can be really hit or miss. Sometimes the nurses engage my kids really well, but sometimes they're basically ignoring them and only talk to me. We can usually get a same-day sick visit, but sometimes have to use the Helotes location instead.
