I was seen right away, and Dr. Bales answered all my questions. She presented my options thoroughly, and I felt adequately informed to make a decision regarding my care. She was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I scheduled a surgery with her, and I feel confident that the surgery is necessary and that I will be well cared for.
