My whole experience at this office has been rather pleasant, the staff are all very friendly. There is hardly any wait time in the lobby. Nor in the exam room. But the most important thing is how the doctor treats you. I find Dr. Lauren Romeo very pleasant, very knowledgeable, I like that she will also go the natural route and/ or old school remedies and healing. I have been dealing with an infection issue after a right hip replacement for over nine years, I never have been referred to a wound care specialist until my present home healthcare nurse suggested it. I called and made an appointment very easily. Dr. Romeo explain things and I am very happy with my experience. 5 stars
