Review Date 8-20-23, Highly Recommend Dr. Silverstein for Competence and Empathy, I am pleased to highly recommend Dr. Silverstein as a competent, intelligent and empathetic primary care physician. It is clear from my past experiences with primary care physicians, it is difficult for doctors to follow insurance company guidelines and for doctors to tolerate changing compensation structures between insurance companies and doctors, but Doctor Silverstein appears to me to understand a combination of time limitations, the criticality of patient’s needs, and crafts a solution to accommodate his office needs and the patient’s needs. Each time I communicate with either Dr. Silverstein or his support Joseph I feel much better, they are straight forward forthcoming, honest, and do exactly what they say. I feel truly blessed and fortunate that Dr. Silverstein is my doctor.
