Thank you Dr. Heiden I find your dedication to patient care to be excellent. One job I was trained to be a non participant Nurse Observer rating the quality of care patients received by Doctors Nurses and all Auxiliary Personal to patients receiving care. Were I using that system today Dr Larry Heiden and his staff would be given the highest rating possible in all areas of this tool. Thank you Ursula Bennett RN, BS
