Over 20 years I built up so much tension in my shoulder and back that developed into deep tigger points. I had not felt relief or proper care until I met Dr. Chang. His practice and philosophy put me at ease and helped me through tremendous pain and discomfort. The lidocaine deep trigger point injections was a new treatment for me. Though I felt pain the day of the injections and a few days after the relief that followed was mind blowing. After a couple sessions I can gladly say I don’t feel the underlying tension that I carried for so many years. The doctor advised on the proper post care of deep breathing techniques, meditation etc. I am so grateful to have met Dr. Chang. Oh, forgot to mention he has a great personality and sense of humor :-)
