I was a patient of Dr. Chien since I was 5 years old until I became too old to see him. I am now 46 years old with 3 children of my own . One with Epilepsy. If I didn’t live in Baltimore, Md now I would definitely bring him to Dr. Chien. Miss this man dearly. He was always very compassionate and very knowledgeable in the field of Neurology. He was a wonderful doctor! Absolutely wonderful!
