From the moment I stepped into his office, he welcomed me with understanding and patience, and ensured ample time to see me and address post-motorcycle accident bilateral-fractured-hand condition. This initial interaction set the tone for the entire experience. The process leading up to the surgery was seamless, as Dr. Reichel promptly addressed the results of my imaging, laying out a clear, concise plan for my surgery and recovery. His guidelines on the recovery process were invaluable, demonstrating his dedication not just to his craft but to my well-being as a whole. In addition to Dr. Reichel’s expertise, I was incredibly fortunate to have Nurse Shelby by my side throughout this journey.
