Dr. Gilpin removed a kidney stone that as blocking everything and would not move. It was very, very painful. He explained everything completely and took extra care to make sure I was comfortable and understood. He even had his office follow up with a phone call the day after surgery to be sure I was doing fine. The follow-up wait time in his office was minimal, even though he didn't rush.
