I owe my life to Dr Palmer. She is one of my doctors at the New Orleans VA hospital. I developed Esophageal cancer at the onset of Covid and my endoscopy was delayed by the VA. Was the second procedure performed upon VA resuming. Upon completion of endoscopy she got me to where I received immediate and incredible care thru radiologist, oncologist and a saint of a surgeon. Surgery was 9/23. Dr Palmer has seen me regularly since day one and even phoned after hours to keep up with all outside reports, scans etc to check on my health. She's still refers after care with specialist. I trust her 100%. If eligible for VA care, go to her.
