Check-in took seconds, extremely helpful and polite. When you wonder why the nurse is encouraging, happy and friendly, Dr Bertheau quickly becomes the answer why. He's polite, very thorough with explaining everything and left nothing second-guessed … I felt like i was the most important person in the room
