We went to the ER when my husband was having an acute exacerbation from COPD & a hard time breathing from the removal of one lobe of his lung from agent orange. Dr Desmul was extremely helpful & asked a lot of questions about the use of the albutererol inhaler my husband is using. The first doctor to have him shown how to use it. Dr Desmul was very thorough & did an excellent job. He prescribed a couple of medications that have helped immensely
