I felt very relaxed and did not eperience the discomfort I had in the past from other dental surgery. The staff is very nice, the wait was always almost nothing and the services provided were only the services I needed. My wife will be going to Dr. Payne in the new year.BTW - I read all the other reviews and the one that is one star because of a bad phone number should be removed - if you don't see the provider, you shouldn't be able to review - especially for such a ridiculous reason.
