she takes the time to explain any conditions you may have. gentleness and calm. all about helping you get the appropriate healing and testing you need. would never say " my hands are tied" or "i can't do anything with this" regardless. my own opinion i do believe others may be a little jealous of her. she is committed to her job and her patients.
