I have been very pleased with Dr. Hsieh. She is thorough, educated, explains things well, and has a good bedside manner. I have been extremely disappointed with her schedulers, specifically Child Urosteam schedulers. There is no sense of urgency. I left three messages and never got a call back. The front desk then transferred me to the "person in charge", Angelica. She had no interest in my complaints about no return calls, was rude, and highly unprofessional. Better training is necessary
