Dr. Shrem attended my shoulder surgery as my anesthesiologist. He was fully explanatory of the procedure, what he was going to do, why he was doing the individual steps, and left me with complete faith in his ability. He treated my concerns about nausea, and i never had a problem during or after the surgery.
