I'm grateful to have been referred to Dr. Frank Elliott following my breast cancer diagnosis. A patient facing breast surgery and reconstruction wants to know that her surgeon is confident, experienced and highly skilled. Dr. Elliott meets all those expectations and is an expert in his field. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and so appreciate the excellent care I received from Dr. Elliot and his staff at Atlanta Plastic Surgery. I highly recommend him for breast reconstruction.
