Dr Di Zinno's office scheduled a consultation for me on very short notice. I thought I had a foreign object in my eye and it was quite irritated and swollen when I called. Although I applied drops and washed the eye myself, I kept the appointment. Dr. Di Zinno was truly concerned about the history of the incident, examined the eye and - lo and behold - deftly extracted a splinter-like object with a tweezers. His manner and performance were exemplary in every respect. Compliments and Kudos!
