I had to do a follow up review about my experience (my name is Akiba as a new patient of Dr. Kung. My previous primary doctor was no longer covered by my insurance, so a friend referred me to Dr. Kung. I've been really impressed with the level of care I've received. I have high cholesterol, and after a recent blood test, Dr. Kung personally called me, even on a Saturday, to discuss the results. When she found out that my cholesterol levels had increased, she immediately asked me to come in so she could prescribe a new medication. Her attentiveness and personalized care really stood out to me. Dr. Kung makes you feel like you're her only patient, and I'm so glad to have found such a dedicated doctor. From her @wonderful staff@ to the overall experience, every visit feels like I've been a patient there for years. I wanted to share this positive experience because it's not often that I encounter such exceptional care in both customer service and healthcare.
