Dr. Chiques-Colon May have saved my life. When an MRI for a long-standing spine condition caught a section of my right kidney, showing something suspicious, she insisted I see a urologist. A long-standing previous answer had been that I had scar tissue from a lithotripsy done years before but she insisted that it be checked out. It turned out that the scar tissue had turned into a tumor and that tumor was proven to be cancer. My right kidney was removed quickly, just before the tumor had broken out from the kidney. Another few weeks and the cancer could have spread to other organs. Dr. Chiques-Colon is thorough and professional but is also compassionate and obviously cares for her patients. I have complete confidence in her. Her staff is excellent, especially her assistant Dory.
