Several years ago, our son attempted suicide and was hospitalized for several weeks at Mt. Sinai in NYC. Dr. Linda Drozdowicz was his doctor and she was a lifeline for him and for us (we live in the Midwest). She worked incredibly hard with him to help him realize his self-worth and to get back on track while keeping us apprised of his situation (and always staying within the bounds of doctor-patient confidentiality). Our son also has expended great effort and is doing much better now; he is, in fact, thriving. Dr. Drozdowicz was professional, tireless and extremely empathetic and we all realize how fortunate we were to work with her when our beloved son most needed help.
