I have been an on-again-off-again patient of Dr. Rowan for 7 years. I have cerebral palsy. Dr. Rowan has been th e most knowledgeable doctor I have seen for this situation. She was instrumental in getting me through the complex referral system for me to ultimately receive a life-changing (for the good) lower spine fusion surgery. I have seen her several times since and she has always been caring and compassionate. She is among the best.
