I started out with weird symptoms in my nipple. Went to my gyn, cytology was abnormal, had an MRI (also abnormal) and was referred to Dr. Liu. I was immediately impressed with her quiet confidence and calm factual demeanor. She mapped out a plan, genetic testing, more tests and likely surgery. She felt that it might not be cancer, but I was having high risk symptoms that would have to be addressed. After the tests came in, she recommended surgery & warned that I might lose my nipple. Also, Dr. Liu called me personally with results and to discuss treatment plans. The next step was meeting reconstructive surgeons, again Dr. Liu was always available. I decided on Dr. Michael Meno and proceeded with both surgeons working together. Everything went fine and I ended up KEEPING MY NIPPLE!! I now have a matching set of perkier breasts that DO NOT have cancer! Dr. Liu was calm and confident , if you are going through this, cancer or not, surgeons do not come any better! Ci
