We had a nose bleed emergency, after weeks of misdiagnosis by an out of state ENT. Dr. Goodstein allowed us to make a same day appointment, provided a thorough exam, spent all the time we needed to explain her recommendation, which required out-patient surgery. Dr. Goodstein then went above and beyond and scheduled surgery a few days later, during her day off. All of this happened in advance of a major family occasion. Dr. Goodstein is truly a lifesaver.
