Dr. Hertzig is the type of doctor that encompasses all the credentials and human compassion that you would want in a physician. Dr. Hertzig listens, and to me, was very empathetic to me when I suffered from a kidney stone recently. Dr. Hertzig has a wonderful bedside manner, and she made me feel comfortable and safe under her care! I must also give a shout out to Leslie, the nurse who works with Dr. Hertzig. Additionally, thank you to the male front desk person for helping me get in and out quickly for my outpatient stent removal. Wonderful experience!
