Everything I could want from a doctor: direct and honest without being harsh or patronizing. Comforting. Offers options for treatments. Patient. Spends time listening and making me feel heard. The office in general is friendly but not in s saccharine way: it seems genuine. I trust her and her team. There are few people who can deliver upsetting news while making you feel empowered with choice. Dr.Harvey (Waugh) is one of those people.
