Dr Chen saw me for a very difficult procedure. She was straightforward and focused on the best treatment plan for me without trying to upsell. Her bedside manner during the procedure was amazing and I came out feeling confident and reassured, even though I was very nervous going in. Afterward, she customized my post-op treatment plan to fit my medical situation which made recovery easier and more effective. Expect a long lead time for your first appointment as she is very popular. However, her follow up care is exceptional and she will get you in for a same day appointment if you have any concerns about how you are healing.
