I met with several plastic surgeons regarding a neck lift prior to my meeting with Dr. Ishii, but, after my meeting with her, my decision was an easy one. I found Dr. Ishii to not only have a wonderful "bedside manner" but also to be very knowledgeable and professional. On the day of surgery, my anxiety was quickly quelled by her excellent team and when her associate stated "let her work her magic", I knew I was in good hands. I am extremely happy with the results - the before and after are substantial, but totally natural.
