As a long-time patient of Dr. Trencher's, she has seen me through many ups and downs. She may appear diffident but is actually engaged, allowing patients to grow. During times of crisis, she is decisive. She does make it clear when excuses are just avoidance. She is supportive of coming off meds when indicated and allows lots of time to taper.
