I have been to 2 other Dermatologists in the Towson area and was very dissatisfied with the care I received. I saw Dr. Chang and found that she was extremely thorough, easy to talk with and very informative. The best anyone could ask for from a Dermatologist. Very personable, helpful staff, easy to make appointments, good office environment. Having such a good reputation, there can be a lag time for new appointments with Dr. Chang which speaks to her quality of care.
