I often think about the impact you've had on my life. This man saved me after nine-eleven. Dr. K, I am grateful to you every day for helping me realize the importance of staying away from television's lights and camera action, as the mind seeks activity, and watching cable network news fuels anxiety. To this day, I choose to read instead of watching TV.
